It has been a long time since I have last posted so this post could get pretty long. I think that I will start a long time ago and work my way up to today. (A long time ago will be within the last three weeks.)
So a little over a week ago my friend Mo and I decided to try and go a week without facebook. We decided to do this because we both realized that we spent waaaaay to much time on facebook. I did pretty good at first. Then, when I was hanging out with my friend who was on facebook, I want toed sooooo badly to get on. I had my friend get on for me for about 5 minuets...so i want actually on, but i kinda was. Anyway...besides that one incident i did a pretty good job. I was so excited to get back on facebook when the week was over. Sadly, facebook just didn't meet my expectations once I got back on.
This week has been pretty average. I just keep on learning, working, and doing my best to enjoy life.
Last night I went to the Panther game at Millard South. The Panthers were playing the Millard West Wildcats. Sadly we lost 35 to 0. The worst part about the game was seeing the players faces after the game. You could tell that the guys wanted to win soooooo badly. Many of the players couldn't help but cry. They had such a passion for the game. I hope that someday I can have that same sort of passion. I hope that I can put myself so into something that I either cry or shout for joy at the end of whatever it is.
Today I am going back home after I film some a a project with my group. I hope that it will be a ton of fun like the last project was.
Looking into the future...
Next weekend is the TEC weekend. I continue to pray that God will reveal himself to the candidates that go through this TEC.
Final Notes:
I now have a new "life goal" (i already stated this above): I want to become passionate about something in my life. I'm not sure what it will be, but I want to find the passion that God has instilled in me.
Well sometimes-existing reader, thank you for reading my blog. Have a great day/evening. TTYl!
Whatever you do, do it with passion, compassion, gratitude and grace. Sometimes life isn't only about the grand passion (which can change as we live) but enjoying our life as we go along, too.
